Mount Kenya is the second highest mountain in Africa, after Kilimanjaro.
At 5199m it's quite a climb - but anyone fit can make it. Some even say it's a more technical climb than Kili....
There are three main routes and our expert guides take you along the Sirimon route - the quietest of the three with the most gradual ascent profile and best for acclimatization options. You'll pass beautiful Alpine scenery on the way up and an abundance of wildlife too.
Once you've conquered the summit then it's off to the Webuye town to visit the HGiving Centre of Excellence. Here you will spend a few days getting to meet and help the community of orphans that your fundraising will directly assist. It's a great way to really get a sense for how your contribution actually makes a huge difference.
Webuye town is hands down the most popular 'off the beaten track' tourist destination in Kenya and it's not difficult to see why! Nowhere else in Africa (apart from the Congo forest) will you find such natural and beautiful tropical rain forest as in Kakamega county.
Join us as we rise to the challenge and climb, trek and explore the beauty of the Rift Valley and meet the real people that live there. This will be a true test of your character, and the best way to see the real side of Kenya.
